Below the login box, there is a link for "Need to create a login or change your password?" Click on this link and follow the instructions. You will need information from your most recent bill to create/update your login information.

What should I do if I cannot remember my password/username?

If you have forgotten your user login, please call our customer care service at 602-274-1030. One of our customer care experts will be able to validate you user login and reset your password if required.

What should I do if I am trying to generate a final bill with a move out date that is outside the allowable range?

If the date is too far in the past, send an email to info@edisonutilities.com indicating the name, address, and correct move out date for the resident. We will close the account for you manually. Vacate dates cannot be a future date.
