What should I do if I cannot remember my password/username?

Right above the user login field is a prompt if you have forgotten your password. Click on that link and this will take you to a page where you can put your email address. Your password will be sent to that email address with the next hour.

What if I don't remember the log in email address I used?

Your user name is your email address. If you have forgot the email address that you need to sign up to our website, please call our customer care service at 602-274-1040. One of our customer care experts will be able to reset your account so you can sign up with your correct email address.

When I log in it states account already registered. What should I do? (A lot of roommates have this issue)

There can be only one login per account for reasons of privacy. To gain access to the online information please talk to the person that the account is registered in.

My balance on line states a different amount than what my bill statement does.

The information that is displayed on the website is updated nightly. It is possible that the payment has not been posted yet. We use the latest and up to date facility to process your payments in a timely and accurate way. Once your payment is processed, it will be reflected on the website the following day.

What should I do if I am trying to generate a final bill with a move out date that is outside the allowable range?

If the date is too far in the past, send an email to info@edisonutilities.com indicating the name, address, and correct move out date for the resident. We will close the account for you manually. When the date is too far in to the future, please try again in a week or two when the date is allowable.

I need to generate a final bill but the website states that function is not available currently what should I do?

During our end of month procedures it is not possible to generate final charges online or in our office. If your bills for your property are dated the 15th of the month, try back on the 16th. If you need to verify an account balance, either contact our Customer Care Center at 602-274-1040 or email at info@edisonutilities.com.
